About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced tree maintenance worker to join our team. This role will primarily operate our hydrovac machine, undertaking vital tree root maintenance and the installation of root barriers to support the health and safety of our trees.

About Our Team:
City Maintenance are equipped to care for open spaces in our beaches, reserves and parks, ensuring they are maintained and up to standard. This diverse portfolio is passionate and skilled in areas including property management and repair, irrigation, biodiversity, arboriculture, trees and sports turf, as well as program scheduling.
The Trees and Irrigation team is responsible for the development, enhancement and maintenance of trees and streetscapes, recreational reserves and sporting grounds. The team manage programmed and reactive work that involves detailed street tree pruning and care, and quality irrigation systems for attractive landscapes.
The Detail:
We currently have a full-time permanent position available working a standard 9 day fortnight. The position is classified at ME6 with a starting salary of $76,963 per annum + Super. For this role, the City of Charles Sturt may offer additional remuneration where specific market, project, or capability criteria are met.
